Synopsis
Devine, a brutal murderer, changed her name to Babs Johnson and lived in a mobile home on the outskirts of Baltimore with her mother Eddie, her delinquent son Cracker, and her voyeuristic daughter Cotton. One day, a tabloid newspaper describes Devine as ``the most vulgar human being in the world,'' which leads to a conflict with the Marble family, who claim that they are the ``most vulgar human beings in the world.''
