Dorothy and her three companions arrive at the Emerald City, the capital of the land of Oz, and finally have an audience with the Great Demon King Oz. A gigantic green face makes an intimidating sound, but it is actually a mechanical device operated by a nice-looking old gentleman. The demon king was created using effects such as smoke, light, sound, and flames. The old man was a charlatan, and he was also a Kansas man who ended up in the Land of Oz after his balloon drifted away. Dorothy ends up returning to Kansas with him...
We, too, are witnessing Oz's shenanigans. This is the case with this movie itself. This movie is also decorated with special effects, similar to the giant green face created by Oz.
