Synopsis
An Italian family living in New York. Loretta (Cher), a widowed 37-year-old daughter, is proposed to marry her childhood friend Johnny (Danny Aiello), and she somehow accepts. Johnny heads to Sicily, Italy to visit his critically ill mother. Meanwhile, Loretta goes to ask Johnny's brother Ronnie (Nicolas Cage), with whom she has a rift, to attend her wedding. However, after meeting Loretta and Ronnie, they fall in love...
