Future prospects from commercials to other media

Q: Are you interested in producing a feature film? Please let us know if you have any future prospects.

Kanagawa: I'd like to try a feature film, but I'd also like to try a serial drama because it allows me to portray characters and detailed stories. Right now I'm trying to do a play, and I'm aiming for a performance in the new year. The only difference from film is whether there is a camera or not, and there is no difference in the fact that it is performed with acting. It's a play that will take place in a real place, not a regular theater, so I'm currently thinking of ideas for that.

Matsuoka: I would like to do a lot of long pieces. The other day, I directed the WOWOW drama ``Ningenkowai 2,'' and I realized the difficulty of not writing the script myself. It was quite a struggle, but it was very interesting to work together with the actors. I want to explore more of what I can do with long-form works such as dramas and movies, so I'm looking for opportunities. Also, perhaps because I have experience working on long-length films, I feel like I'm getting more offers for commercials with drama in them.

Omori: I would like to shoot a feature-length film. I'm currently preparing the script!
