Swedish director Ruben Østlund is a filmmaker who pokes fun at human instincts and lifestyles, social and economic systems, and their limitations in the form of ``black comedy.'' ``Triangle of Sadness'' is so vulgar and hopeless that you wouldn't expect from the fact that it won the Palme d'Or at Cannes, so you can't help but laugh at it, but it is a strange work that reveals a serious theme behind it.

Old movie "The Crying Game"

February 25th is film director Neil Jordan's birthday. His most famous work is ``The Crying Game'' (1992), which won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. This work is known for its skillful storytelling, and there are surprising developments waiting for everyone. Before the movie was released in theaters, Jordan himself wrote a letter to the press and critics asking, ``I would appreciate it if you wouldn't touch on the middle part.''
