Synopsis
New York City Police Detective Stanley White begins cracking down on Chinatown, where crime is common, and continues to carry out aggressive raids. The mafia bosses strongly oppose Stanley's attempt to destroy the entire Chinese mafia, and even the upper echelons of the police are connected to the mafia. Meanwhile, Joey Tai, the boss of the new generation of Chinese Mafia, expands his power by ruthlessly purging the Italian Mafia, his old establishment relatives, and his former business partners. As tensions rise like never before, the showdown between the tough detective and his young boss is about to begin.
