Synopsis
A country somewhere in the 20th century. Sam, a small official in the intelligence bureau, finds solace in daydreaming about becoming a hero and flying through the sky with his angelic daughter. One day, due to a printing error on a document, a good shoemaker is mistaken for a major terrorist and executed. Sam goes to the widow's apartment for some cleaning, and there he meets the girl of his dreams...
