Synopsis
The main character, Katie Mitchell, finally decides to attend film school in California, but her father, Rick, doesn't get along with her. Wanting to protect their family ties, Rick comes up with the idea to take the whole family on a road trip to take Katie to her university. Katie has no choice but to get into the car, but just then PAL, one of the world's best virtual assistants, starts a rebellion against humanity. How will the Mitchell family deal with this crisis as robots fly through the sky and people are captured one by one?
