``Streets of Fire'' Cast that instantly shone at its best, and a cast that opened up new horizons

Kagemusha had a moment of glory on screen.
There's another cast member who had a moment of brilliance in "Streets of Fire." Malin Jahan appears as a dancer in a bar scene where street gangs hang out. She also appeared in the much-talked-about movie `` Flashdance, '' which was released just before this movie. However, his name is not listed in the credits. This is because he served as the ``dance double'' for lead actress Jennifer Beals. If you watch ``Flashdance,'' Beerus does the close-ups of his face in the dance scenes, but in the cuts where he's actually dancing, the camera pulls back and you can't really see his face. The fact that ``he himself was not dancing'' was well known from the time it was released. There were three of Beerus's "kagemusha" including a man, and the main dancer was Marin Jahan.

At that time, people were pityful for her because her face and name were never revealed to the world, even though she performed such an innovative dance. ``Streets of Fire'' relieved the frustrations of such movie fans. If you compare the dances in the two works, you can clearly see that they are the same dancers because of the similarities in their movements. Marin Jahan later appeared in the 1987 Super Bowl halftime show, but her current activities are unknown. ``Streets of Fire'' was a film that momentarily shone on the screen.

Among other cast members, Diane Lane, who has been active as a child actress, vividly transforms into an adult actress in the role of popular singer heroine Ellen Aim. Director Walter Hill originally envisioned a 28-year-old for the role, and the director turned down Lane, who was 18 at the time of her audition. However, Lane apparently convinced the director by auditioning wearing a leather and mesh outfit reminiscent of a rock'n'roll star. This was based on the advice of Francis F. Coppola, who had previously used her in `` The Outsider '' and `` Rumble Fish .'' "Diane, you should play a role beyond your age." Immediately after ``Streets of Fire,'' Diane Lane went on to work on Coppola's `` The Cotton Club, '' and began her career as a major actress.
Amy Madigan already embodies the ``diversity'' that appeals to modern times.
