Synopsis
1941, during World War II. Jim, a British boy living in Shanghai, is an innocent boy who admires the Japanese military's Zero Fighter. However, the Japanese army invaded Shanghai and the attack spread throughout the country. Basie, an American, saves Jim, who gets caught up in the chaos and gets separated from his parents. However, they are captured by the Japanese army and both are sent to a concentration camp. The harsh life there causes Jim to grow both mentally and physically, but...
