I want to do a movie with A24 one day.

Q: Who among overseas directors is Coach Fujii paying attention to right now?

Fujii: Recently, there's director Gu Xiaogang, who directed "Spring River Warmth " (scheduled for release on February 11, 2021). The film itself is a masterpiece, and it took him two years to make it, and it's his debut feature film, and all the actors are his relatives and acquaintances... I was surprised.

The other one is A24. Joe Talbot, director of " The Last Black Man in San Francisco" (2019), Trey Edward Shults, director of " Waves " (2019), and Ari Aster, director of " Midsommar " (2019), are all from the same generation, so I would like to shoot with A24 someday. I need to study English more.

In the past, I thought I would continue until I was 30, but now I'm afraid that if I don't put myself in an environment where I can present my work to the world by the time I'm 40, I'll lose interest in my life.
