"Lars and the Real Girl" synopsis

A rural town in the American Midwest. Lars, 26 years old, is a kinder and more innocent young man, but he has a hard time talking to girls. One day, he takes his girlfriend to dinner with his older brother and his wife who are worried about him. Lars' older brother and his wife, who were concerned about Lars, are initially happy, but are shocked when they see Bianca, the woman he was introduced to.
