Synopsis
Frank, a driver who has worked for the boss of a gang in Harlem for 15 years, decides to live as a lone wolf after his boss passes away. Using military aircraft from the Vietnam War, they began smuggling high-quality drugs from Southeast Asia directly from producers and selling them cheaply and widely to the public. He quickly accumulates a huge amount of wealth and rises to the position of drug lord, highly respected by the mafia. By refraining from flashy behavior, his true identity remained unnoticed for a long time, but at last, detective Richie Roberts appears, drawing suspicions on him. In the police department, where corruption is rampant and where embezzlement and extortion are openly carried out, he continues to refuse to get involved in corruption, and is assigned to the Special Narcotics Enforcement Bureau, where he uncovers drug routes and confronts even bigger criminals, gradually defeating Frank.
