“Saaho” synopsis

Worthy, the criminal city of the Dark Empire, is located in the far reaches of India. The man behind this glittering metropolis is Roy (Jackie Shroff) of the Roy Group. Twenty years ago, Roy, who was defeated in the conflict, fled from Bombay (now Mumbai) to Worthy and became the successor to the leader Prudviraj. Roy develops his organization through backroom deals for money and oil, but Prudviraj's son Devraj (Chunky Panday) is not amused by his failure in a succession dispute. Eventually, internal conflicts surfaced, and Roy, fearing a conflict, broke away from the underworld and started a legitimate business as the Roy Group. Starting in 2016, the company will receive preferential treatment from the Indian government to develop renewable energy and hydroelectric power generation businesses. However, just as the business was getting underway, Chairman Roy was assassinated in Mumbai, where he returned triumphantly.

Three weeks later. The Mumbai Police were chasing a mysterious theft group that caused a total of $300 million in damages. Although all of the perpetrators were arrested, those arrested confessed that they had only received instructions from a stranger and were not complicit in the crime. It was a truly mysterious incident. Therefore, a senior city police official said to the scene, ``Further investigation has been entrusted to undercover investigators.'' The man's name is Ashok (Prabhas). A tough guy with a strong and supple body and sharp insight. If you think he has mowed down the big men, he is a legendary investigator who can perfectly predict the criminal's movements at the time of the crime.

The stage is Worthy again. The Roy Group meeting was in turmoil over its successor and future policy. Roy's family was all thought to have died in the previous conflict, but he was secretly raising his only son in a faraway land. Things take a big turn when his son Vishwak returns. Vishwak says, ``I am the only one who knows where the 2 trillion rupees (approximately 3.55 trillion yen) in assets are,'' and reveals that the black box that holds the key to the safe is located in Mumbai. Thus, secretary Kalki (Mandira Behti) goes to Mumbai to get the black box. Meanwhile, Devraj, who has been eyeing the chairmanship for some time, confesses that he had his henchmen kill Roy and stole 2 trillion rupees from him. Ashok joins up with the city police and leads a special mission team with the beautiful detective Amrita Nair (Shraddha Kapoor) as his partner. The special team catches sight of a mysterious man (Neil Nitin Mukesh) who is in charge of a group of thieves. Ashok successfully contacts this man. The man boasted that he was going to get a black box to open the safe in Worthy! If the city police gets their hands on this black box, they can stop crime syndicates from entering Mumbai.

Thus began a battle for the black box between the Roy Group, the Mumbai Police, and a mysterious group of thieves. In the end, who will get it?

Prabhas' latest film, `` Saaho '' (2019), starring actor Prabhas from the ``Saaho'' (15-17) series, has been released in Japan. A complete change from the sword and shield ``Baahubali'', the setting is a futuristic crime city where bullets fly. There, a three-way battle unfolds between the gang, the police, and a mysterious man. However, no matter how much the stage or historical background has changed, the dynamic nature of the performance that captivates the audience has not been lost.

Unpredictable! A suspense thriller that must be repeated!

Worthy (fictional, of course) is a futuristic crime city that looks like Dubai plus a slum. Roy, the leader of the Roy Group, which rules the city, quits his underground business and begins participating in public works projects. However, at that moment, Commander Roy was assassinated. In addition, it is revealed that Roy, who was previously thought to have no family, has an only son, Vishwak, and that Roy has assets of over 3 trillion yen.

Leave aside Worthy who warns of wind and clouds. A robbery of 30 billion yen occurred in Mumbai, India. Although he caught all of the perpetrators, all of them said that they had only done what they were asked to do on the spot for somewhat generous compensation, and that they had not committed any serious crimes. The Mumbai Police entrusts the investigation of this difficult case to undercover police officer Ashok (Prabhas).

The mysterious Ashok confuses those around him, including Amrita (Shraddha Kapoor), a beautiful investigator dispatched by the city police, but he makes progress in the investigation and uncovers a strong suspect [mysterious man]. .

So far, the title hasn't been released yet, and it's still in its early stages.

The story repeats shocking developments at high speed, with betrayals and thumping returns occurring in 128 beats. What's more, every now and then, the movie explodes with poses and lines, a cool luxury sports car goes off the rails, and a small investigation unfolds into a big action scene that involves an entire apartment complex.

If you follow the story seriously, your brain's processing capacity will definitely increase in no time. It can be said that it is a work full of charm that cannot be seen in one viewing, and requires repeat viewing.

On your first viewing, I recommend giving up on the story completely and focusing on the dazzling and astonishing images that appear before your eyes, and being completely blown away.
