Mark Millar is a popular comic book writer who represents the industry. His brother Bobby made Mark read comic books when he was only four years old and took him to a comic book shop. Mark also bought a Superman comic that same day, and he became fascinated with the world of comic books.

Mark Millar has cited two people who have had the greatest influence on his career as a writer: Alan Moore and Frank Miller. Alan Moore is a legend in the American comic book world, known as the creator of " Watchmen ."
