The complexity of Alain Delon

Robert Klein is neither a hero nor a pathetic victim. He is essentially a mean and selfish man who only thinks about himself. He loves himself more than anything and has no doubt that his current position will not be threatened. Why does he pursue "Mr. Klein"? At first it was for self-preservation. Eventually, my curiosity ignited, and before I knew it, it had turned into an extreme obsession.

When asked about the strange charm of actor Alain Delon, Rosie said that although Delon's humanity was not reflected in Robert Klein's character, Delon was a person with a "very complex personality." He points out that their lives themselves are "extremely complex and often fraught with contradictions."

Delon and Rosie have had a pleasant friendship ever since he played Trotsky's assassin in `` Assassin's Melody '' (1972). Rosie uses the following anecdote to show how friendly Delon is. One day, when Delon learned that Rosie was in financial trouble due to some circumstances, he immediately lent her a helping hand. He had his girlfriend at the time, Mireille d'Arc, carry a Louis Vuitton bag filled with 10,000 pounds and deliver it to Rosie. There was no interest or repayment deadline for the £10,000.

In this way, the relationship between the director and the lead actor was good. However, Delon was not an easy actor to work with during filming. On some days he can be very kind and humble, and on other days he can be completely inhospitable. On set, no one except the director can even talk to him. However, he never got into trouble with alcohol, which often happens to star actors, or he never put unreasonable demands on the director. Rosie says that if it were such an easy-to-understand nuisance, it wouldn't have been so difficult to handle.

Delon's inaccessibility is more difficult to understand and subtle. Behind it lies his turbulent real life. Even as he walked the glamorous road to stardom, his A Very Private Affair was riddled with scandals that frightened people. The biggest impact of all must have been the scandal he was once embroiled in (in 1968, Delon was arrested on suspicion of murdering his The Bodyguard, but was later dropped due to lack of evidence).

A man with two contradictory and elusive faces. A man who is polite and charming, but also has a strange and scary side to him. If Alain Delon had not played the role, the complex charm of the two Robert Klein characters would never have been born.
