The jungle withers in winter! ?

"Predator" is set in a fictional country in South America, and all scenes are set in a jungle. The filming took place in a real jungle in Mexico. The location the staff searched for was a forest on the west coast of Central America. We started filming here, but after two weeks, a problem became apparent. Most of the trees there were deciduous, so even though it was set in a jungle, the forest was starting to turn red. McTiernan said he was at a loss, but continued filming, making tearful efforts to include as much of the blue leaves as possible in the screen.

However, I finally gave up on photographing the forest as it withered rapidly in the winter. The film crew hurriedly moved to Palenque, Mexico, and resumed filming. For this reason, if you watch ``Predator'' closely, you can see shots of trees in the forest withering in several scenes. McTiernan still regrets that ``a review of the film said that it was like a New Hampshire forest in November.'' However, such troubles were still just the beginning.
