I had a hard time deciding between Tomoya Nakamura and Ryan Gosling.

Q: As you just said, Tomoya Nakamura was able to play the lead role even though it was extremely difficult to make it three-dimensional. What made you decide to ask?

Araki: First of all, I had a big conflict when deciding who would be the lead role... I have to decide between Ryan Gosling and Tomoya Nakamura (lol).

Q: (laughs).

Araki: When I saw `` Lars and the Real Girl '' (2007), where he falls in love with a love doll, I thought this kind of actor would be great... I never thought that such a type of actor would appear in Hollywood. But I was worried that Tomoya Nakamura would be good too...

As for Tomoya Nakamura, he enjoys his acting and what he does in all his works. `` Women of 1 Million Yen '' (17) is also `` Half Blue. '' ” (18) and “ Holiday Love ” (18)...

Under such circumstances, I was excited to see what would happen if I tried starring in a movie that I hadn't done in a while. The feel of `` Lone Wolf Blood '' (18) is also very interesting, but there's a bang in the middle! My wish is for people to sit down and try it out.

As expected, the main character is very difficult to play and the requests from us. There are changes, there are emotional curves, and things change rapidly over the course of a single movie. I wanted to see that with Tomoya Nakamura.

Q: I feel love. By the way, how did you and Nakamura manage to share the same image?

Araki: When we first met, I was so nervous that I said, "I'd like it to be erotic, please." (laughs) I was like, "Huh..." and it all started from there.

What I really wanted to convey was that the character is someone who is easily swayed. A fluffy person who somehow gets carried away by the situation. It's a conflict between that and the inflexible heroine played by Shizukawa Ishibashi, but I was in a hurry to say ``I have to say it in one word'' and thought about that one word too much and ended up saying ``Eros.'' I was probably confused. But in the end, he took it all in.

Q: That's amazing...

Araki: Well, he also has a script (lol) Anyway, he's a really smart guy. During filming, Mr. Nakamura nicely asked questions such as ``I think this way'' and ``Isn't this right here?'' and we worked together. To some extent, they were shot sequentially (filmed in the order of the scenario), and Aoyama's changes and growth as a person were very carefully calculated and played.
