Tori Matsuzaka has surprised viewers every time a role has been announced, such as `` Nen of Prostitution'' (2018), ``The Blood of the Wolf '' (2018), and `` The Journalist '' (19). Taiga Nakano is going from strength to strength with the successive release of satisfying masterpieces such as ` `No Crying Child '' (20) and `` Subarashiki Sekai '' (released on February 11th). The two, who have co-starred in the drama `` Yutoridabutanika '' (2016), are meeting again.

Now, I was wondering what kind of story it would be, and it turns out that she will be playing an idol fan who is crazy about "Hello! Project". What's more, the director is Rikiya Imaizumi, who directed `` What's Love? '' (2019), and the script was written by Masayoshi Tominaga, who wrote `` Pumpkin and Mayonnaise '' (17). The development went beyond my expectations, and I would sigh and say, ``I was defeated...''

Those days. ” (released on February 19th). Tsurugi (Tori Matsuzaka), who can't find anything rewarding in his daily life, regains his vitality after watching Aya Matsuura's music video for " Momoiro Kataomoi♡ ", and he meets Cosmin (Taiga Nakano), a fan of "Hello! Project", and Robi. (Yamanaka So), Nishino (Wakaba Tatsuya), Nakauchi (Serizawa Okihito), and Ito (Kokado Kentaro), and he becomes absorbed in ``otaku-katsu''.

Matsuzaka and Nakano captivate the audience with their ``positive acting'' that will make you laugh and melt into the soft and warm world typical of director Imaizumi. This time, we will not only talk about the work, but we will also deliver a rich conversation with the actors, looking back on each other's "back then."

Their evaluations as actors are “colorful” and “unfathomable.”

Q: “Back then. ' was a wonderful movie that made me feel once again the joy of finding something I like.

Matsuzaka: Oh.

Nakano: Thank you!

Q: The interaction between Matsuzaka-san and Nakano-san was great, but what kind of images do you have of each other as actors?

Matsuzaka: (Nakano) Taiga is a battle-hardened player. I have the image of experiencing various things in various workplaces and working with many people. Each time, he approaches each work with a sense of freshness, asking, ``Is this what it's going to look like this time?'' The "colors" are amazing.

Taiga works in all genres: stage plays, serial dramas, movies, special dramas... However, no matter what, their ability to ``make you like the role'' is outstanding, and I find it truly appealing. Even in ``Yutori de But Nana ka'' (2016), Yamagishi played a role that was a bit disliked, but in the end I ended up liking him (lol).

Nakano: No, no (laughs). It's all thanks to Kankuro Kudo's wonderful script.

Q: You also produced a spin-off drama, ``Yamagishi Dasuga Nana'' (17).

Matsuzaka: Yes! It was like Taiga was able to create it with his own skill (lol).

Nakano: That's right! I was really grateful (lol).

(Matsuzaka) I have collaborated with Tori-kun 5 or 6 times, and each time they are very intense. Yet I always feel like a different person. It feels like I'm putting the entire role I play into the ``container'' that is Tori Matsuzaka. Depending on the role, Tori-kun can express the ``color'' of the role, or he can carry the burden of sadness. I think he is someone who synchronizes with the role from a deep place.

I know Tori-kun, but he never shows his approach to the role.

Matsuzaka: I won't show it (lol).

Nakano: Yes, that's why I feel that Tori-kun has an aesthetic of never showing how he arrived at this role and faced it, but that's what's wonderful about him. I'm sure they're making unimaginable efforts behind the scenes, but because they don't show the process, it feels like there's no bottom to it, and every time I'm surprised that they have faces like this.

Matsuzaka: This... it's embarrassing (lol).

Nakano: Yeah. It's embarrassing (lol).
