Heated discussion with that person who is now an Oscar-winning actress.

Q: What do you think Michael Myers, the face of the series, symbolizes?

Green: It's evil itself, and it's the personification of it. I think what's interesting about `` Halloween '' isn't the cruelty of Myers, but rather how that evil affects others. Some fought against him, some live with his trauma, some panic, and some only know about him through rumors. What will happen when such a person faces Myers again? I'm interested in that. As with all trilogies, that's how the drama was explored.

Q: So is Laurie, another series icon, a symbol of goodness?

Green: He's more of a person who wants to be good than he is good. In other words, I think she represents us, the audience, watching this movie. She is sensitive and has some fragility, but is also courageous. As a counterpoint, there is an overwhelmingly evil Michael.

Q: Jamie Lee Curtis, who plays Laurie, is also the executive producer of this trilogy, and I hear that she was eager to be involved in the production. Wasn't there?

Green: The discussion before filming was heated. We had a lot of conversations about what she represents in her acting. That's what we needed to make this movie better. However, once we started filming, Jamie and I created a fun atmosphere, and the scene was full of joy and laughter. The atmosphere was very good, and I, my girlfriend, and the staff all enjoyed working together. Of course, when the cameras are rolling, everyone gets serious.
