Babe and the farm world overcome the fate of pigs
*It touches on the ending of the story.
Babe is taught by the sheep that if you are polite, the sheep will listen to you. It may be obvious, but such a common sense has not been applied to sheep. So Babe finds his own way of showing respect and asking for favors.
At a sheepdog contest, Babe is confused by the strange sheep, so Rex, who has begun to recognize him, runs to the farm and asks for help from the sheep who have looked down on him. Rex finally pays homage to the sheep and learns the password that is passed down between them, but the climax of the story is when the sheepdog bows to the sheep.
Babe gains the trust of the sheep with her password and polite demeanor, and passes the competition without difficulty. The judges and spectators, who had previously frowned upon the pig's participation, were moved by Babe's perfect performance and praised her. Babe won and was recognized as a sheep-pig, defeating the pig's fate of being eaten and used as a curse word.
Farms where various animals live are often depicted as miniature gardens. George Orwell's novel `` Animal Farm '' is an allegory in which animals that have been mistreated by humans start a revolution, but the leader, a pig named Napoleon, becomes a dictator. ' is another farm story with an allegorical quality. Not only pigs, but also animals with images and labels attached to each type. It is common in the human world that people are prejudiced, have their potential and destiny determined from the beginning, and have their options limited. Of course, the image of the pigs in ``Animal Farm'' can be said to be one of Babe's challenges.
The works that we were familiar with as children seem to teach us important things even when we become adults.
