Invitation to “Dream Chocolate Factory”

Since it's chocolate season, my favorite movie about chocolate is `` Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Factory.'' This work is based on the children's book `` The Secret of the Chocolate Factory '' by British author Roald Dahl, with the familiar combination of director Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp, but this is the second time it has been made into a movie, 1971. The first film version was ``Dream Chocolate Factory ''. I had known about this film's existence but had never seen it before, but this time I saw it for the first time and realized its charm.

The general story is the same in the original, the first movie version, and Burton's version. Wanka, a confectionery company that is loved all over the world ("Wonka" has been used since the Burton version, but I purposely write it as "Wanka"), one day found gold in the chocolate bars they shipped all over the world. announced that he had hidden 5 tickets. Those who win tickets will be able to tour the mysterious Huanka factory and receive a lifetime supply of chocolates, so there's a lot of excitement. Children and adults frantically search for tickets and buy chocolate bars, but five children, including the main character, boy Charlie, successfully win tickets and are invited to a mysterious chocolate factory...

``Dream Chocolate Factory'' is simply stylish and cute. It's as if the fairy tale feel of the original work has been made into a movie, and even the character shapes and props, which at first glance may seem old-fashioned, have a pop feel to them. It has a psychedelic atmosphere, and the non-digital special effects are cute and at the same time somewhat eerie, and it is full of danger and toxic humor that is different from Burton's version, but it is still the first film adaptation of the chocolate factory. I think this is a work that defined the visuals of.
