“The World's End” Synopsis

Five people went to 12 bars in one night! At that time, the earth was in a terrible state! ? The ``around 40 men'' have returned to Newton Haven, a town on the outskirts of England, to take revenge on the ``bar-hopping to 12 bars in one night by 5 people'' thing they couldn't accomplish when they were students. Eventually, he realizes that something is wrong with the town, but in reality, the people of the town are being manipulated by "someone"... In order to regain freedom and "save the world," a "hopeless battle" among "drunken men" begins as they aim for the 12th pub, "World's End"!

Early 1970s. Vivienne Westwood ran a boutique in London with her partner Malcolm McLaren.

At first, the store sold rockabilly fashion and was named ``Let It Rock.'' When the store started selling biker fashion, the name changed to "Too Fast to Live, Too Young to Die," and when it changed to incorporating SM-style bondage style, it changed to "SEX." After that, he moved on to SEDITIONARIES, which would create the legendary punk band the Sex Pistols . Finally, it changed to ``World's End'', and under this name it still operates as a Vivienne Westwood boutique.

The name ``World's End'' is a place name that is common in England, and in Japan it means ``Fujimi-cho'' because Mt. Fuji can be seen, and ``World's End'' because it is a dead end of a street.

Fear of not knowing anything about myself

``The World's End'' (13) is the final film in the ``Three Flavor Cornetto Trilogy'' directed by Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, and Nick Frost. The first film, ` `Shaun of the Dead '' (2004), is a horror comedy depicting a Dawn of the Dead apocalypse. The second work, ` `Hot Fuzz -Oretachi Super Policemen!- '' (2007), is a tribute to Detective Buddy from the 80s and 90s.

The third work is a group of works with the title ``Body Snatcher'' based on Jack Finney's `` The Stolen City '', and `` The Glowing Eye '' (1995), based on John Wyndham's original work, and is an invasion science fiction film. The work is based on the following.

"Invasion SF" is a kind of formula that says, "The reason why your familiar neighbors are acting a little strange is because their bodies have been taken over by aliens! Little by little, the people of the world are being replaced by aliens!" Considering that ``The Stolen City'' and ``Glowing Eyes'' were written in the 1950s, it can be said to be communist phobia represented by ``red-hunting'' in which people think, ``Maybe my neighbor is a communist-leaning guy...!?'' It would have been a motif that stimulated paranoid delusions of invasion.

In recent years, people have been suffering from a sense of alienation unique to the Internet age, such as, ``Am I being accepted by those around me? Even if people get along well with me on the outside, I wonder if they're making fun of me behind the scenes...!?'' It has evolved into a motif that fuels delusions.

“World’s End: A Drunk Man Saves the World” Preview

The movie ``The World's End: Drunk People Save the World'' depicts, ``When we were students, we used to drink and have fun together, but before we knew it, everyone started working seriously, leaving me alone.'' He didn't tell me, "Let's stop playing. It's time to study and get a job for the future." '', which is a symbol of the resentful alienation of Gary, played by Simon Pegg, but Edgar Wright, who is one of the best when it comes to portraying ``a man who can't grow up'', takes it a step further.

``Everyone is working with Chan without my knowledge, I'm sure my body has been invaded and taken over by aliens!'' I would rather face the world's crisis than face my own self-deprecation. It's a little more calming to be able to do that. This is a world-class story about a man who cannot grow up.
