Two geniuses who made the film great

In contrast to Batman, the insane villain, the Joker, is the one who is constantly laughing. It was an idea from the beginning to make Batman face off against the Joker, but the concept of good versus evil was transformed by Burton into a showdown between two insane people. In fact, Burton doesn't think of the Joker as a villain. "He's a really funny character who turns into a clown and gets more and more crazy," he said.

Jack Nicholson, who played the Joker, is a three-time (two-time) Academy Award-winning actor and the most well-known star among the cast of this film. The Joker laughs loudly, cracks jokes one after another, dances to music, and commits murder and destruction. It was Nicholson's performance that made this character so powerful. In contrast to Bruce Wayne's introversion, who is sometimes whiny and unable to express things clearly, the extroverted Joker captivated audiences more than Batman.

Another Big talent was involved in this film. Prince provided the music. Burton, a big fan of Prince, went to see Prince's performances at Wembley Arena twice during filming in London. Prince also paid a courtesy visit to Pinewood Studios, where filming was taking place. There, Burton asked Prince to create a song for the scene where the Joker performs a crazy dance.

Burton initially wanted to provide two songs, but the prolific genius Prince prepared more than ten. What's surprising is that he created them in just 13 days after returning to the U.S. after his Japan tour. As a result, "Party Man" was used in the museum scene, "Trust" in the parade scene, and four other songs were used in the film.
