Romero style horror production

Creepshow director George A. Romero is, after all, legendary as the creator of the modern Dawn of the Dead. The dynamic spectacle of corpses coming back from the dead attacking people, tearing and slaughtering their bodies is flashy, but on the other hand, Romero's writing and direction are extremely delicate. In his masterpiece Dawn of the Dead (1978), the destruction of Dawn of the Dead' bodies is visually pleasing, but the centerpiece of the work is the empty lives of the survivors, Peter and Fran.

When Peter and his group arrive at a shopping mall, they eliminate the Dawn of the Dead from the mall and secure a safe living area, then eat a luxurious meal with the surplus food, play in the mall's The Game center and ice skating rink, and show it to everyone. She casually puts on makeup and wears fashionable clothes from a clothing store. This is despite the fact that outside the mall there are swarms of Dawn of the Dead attacking people. This empty situation is not explained with preachy lines, but is shown in a plain montage.

In ` `Martin: The Cursed Vampire Boy '' (1977), Romero also depicts the loneliness and vanity that are universally felt among young people through a young man trapped in the act of sucking blood. In addition, `` Prey of the Dead '' (1985), which depicts the aftermath of the ``Dawn of the Dead'' world, depicts a conflict between a group of soldiers and a group of scientists living in an underground warehouse, using a fractal representation of a national-scale conflict.

In all of them, the themes are subtly brought out through the subtle performances of the actors, the cleverness of the story structure, and the montage effects of the editing, without ever pushing out loud statements or themes. These can be described as elegant plays in the Romero style.

``Creepshow'' is a tribute to horror comics, so it makes extensive use of illustrations and comic book-specific saturated lines and jagged speech bubbles. However, the characters have deep backgrounds similar to King's style, which are hinted at with subtle Romero style direction, and even the act of murder has a sense of loneliness throughout the play.
