An independent film crew was filming a Dawn of the Dead movie in an abandoned mountain. The director, who wanted authenticity, did not give the OK and ended up taking 42 takes. Meanwhile, real Dawn of the Dead attack the film crew! The director happily continues filming, and the members of the film crew turn into Dawn of the Dead one after another. This is the story of the people who filmed "A 37-minute non-stop Dawn of the Dead survival movie drawn in one scene and one cut!"...

An incident is happening at the theater right now... Even though I know it's lame, I still want to say something like, ``One Cut of the Dead'' ” was a shocking experience. Laughter and excitement filled the theater, which seats less than 100 people, as you could feel the movie rushing to its climax. The audience felt the excitement and joy of having seen something they had never seen before as they watched the end credits.

The film is so popular that the three screenings a day in Shinjuku are sold out every day (tickets are sold out in the morning), and the director of this film is Shinichiro Ueda, who is making his commercial film debut. The cast, with the exception of a few veterans, are all actors who cannot be said to have much acting experience. The shooting period was only 8 days.
