"Swiss Army Man" synopsis
With you, I'm sure I can return home alive. Hank (Paul Dano) is a lonely young man seeking help on a deserted island. No matter how long he waits, no help comes, and just as he is about to take his own life in the depths of despair, a dead man's corpse (Daniel Radcliffe) washes up on the beach. Hank notices that the corpse is emitting gas and is buoyant. I didn't expect it to happen, but the force gradually grew stronger and the corpse began to move toward the shore. Hank makes up his mind, straddles the corpse, and takes off like a jet ski! The name of the corpse with various useful functions is Many. While Hank has been living a dead life amidst hardship, Meny has lost his memory and does not know the joy of living. Those who lack the desire to "live" promise to join forces. Will the two of them be able to safely return to their hometown where their loved ones are? ?

A genius duo from the music video world
Daniels, the creative unit that directed the dubious yet successful film ``Swiss Army Man,'' has released a series of music videos that have astounded the world, and is finally making an impact on the film industry. . They are Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan.
When it comes to storytellers with a unique visual flair who come from music videos, Spike Jonze and Michel Gondry come to mind for many. Jones gained attention for his work on Beastie Boys' 1970s drama-style music video "Sabotage," and made his debut as a film director with " Being John Malkovich " (1999). Gondry, known for her mysterious music videos for Bjork and the Chemical Brothers, made her directorial debut with Human Nature (2001). Both of them are geniuses who are able to visualize unique ideas full of ingenuity.

``Daniels'' was also clearly influenced by ``Swiss Army Man.'' Until around the 1990s, there was an atmosphere in which MTV alumni were ridiculed as ``all style and no substance,'' but David Fincher was one of the first to overturn that preconception. After Fincher appeared on the scene, it was Jones and Gondry who took the industry by storm while maintaining an indie stance. And “Daniels” can be said to be the most notable creator at the moment, following the Jones/Gondry lineage.
