Ranking all 11 works of the blockbuster series "Wild Speed"! The latest version of the saga is finally at its climax! ※note! Contains spoilers.
In May 2020, I wrote an article titled ``All 9 works of the hit series ``Fast and Furious'' are ranked by Wispi! The end of the saga and a new beginning are in sight!'' However, since then, Wispi has continued to develop new developments. The total number of works has now increased to 11 including spin-offs. Furthermore, new information related to the series as a whole has been revealed one after another, such as that the final part, which was supposed to be a prequel and a prequel, may become a trilogy, and that a work starring Rock alone will be inserted before the next work scheduled for release in April 2025. ing.
Although the full details of this grand project are still yet to be revealed, we will add two new works and update ``Katte ni Waisupi Ranking!'' as an added, revised, and expanded version. Please note that the author's standards are not anyone's consensus, and there will be spoilers!

11th place: "Fast and Furious MAX" (09) Director: Justin Lin 107 minutes
A course correction work that reunited the original cast and became a huge hit.
In order to rebuild the series, which had clearly gone astray, this is the fourth film in which Vin Diesel was invited back as a producer and the main cast of the first film were reunited. The director and screenwriter were Justin Lin and Chris Morgan, who can be called the driving forces behind the revival of the series, and it was a commercial success and ushered in a revival of the series.
However, there is a gloomy story in which Letty, played by Michelle Rodriguez, dies in the beginning (although it turns out she is alive in "MEGA MAX"), Dominic returns to Los Angeles for revenge, and the climactic car chase is played underground. Due to the closed space of the mine shaft, the experience is the least exhilarating in the series, as it looks like a composite even though the actual vehicle was running properly, which is typical of Wispi.
That said, the opening scene of the tanker heist in Panama (actually filmed in the Dominican Republic) is great, with Dominic, Letty, Han (Sung Kang) and Carla (Misha Michel), Leo (Tego Calderon) and Santos ( You can also enjoy seeing the six-member team Toretto, created by Don Omar), in action. It is also a film that should be remembered for being the first appearance of Gisele, a beautiful woman with a reason behind Fujiko Mine, played by Gal Gadot. Gal Gadot is now known around the world as the DC hero Wonder Woman, but before appearing in ` `Batman v Superman : Dawn of Justice '' (16), she was a presence that could only be seen in ``Whisper.''
Regarding Letty's Death mentioned above, Vin Diesel has said that he had envisioned it as a trilogy from the beginning, so perhaps we should evaluate it in light of the flow of the subsequent ``MEGA MAX'' and ``EURO MISSION.'' However, as a stand-alone work, Letty's death does not seem to be anything more than the bad habit of ``neglecting the life of the main character in order to liven up the story'', which the series tends to fall into, and it is a cohesion that does not lift the spirits of the fans. I would also like to deduct points for missing plots.
10th place: "Fast and Furious X2" (03) Director: John Singleton 108 minutes
A short version of ``Miami Vice'' where the circumstances of adults are hidden in plain sight.
Vin Diesel commented, ``I was fed up with the sloppy script that had no connection to the previous movie,'' but one of the stars of the second movie ended up quitting the movie after being paid $25 million. Although he later expressed regret, saying, ``Maybe I should have tried to make it the best for the fans,'' it's clear that Diesel's feelings at the time were different from movies like `` Triple X '' (2002) and `` Riddick '' (2002). 04).
As a result, Paul Walker, who plays Brian, stars as the sole lead, and this time he goes undercover to investigate a drug organization in Miami. It is a one-episode type episode, and in a sense, it has the feel of an old series that resets every time. That may have been exactly what Diesel was dissatisfied with, but the undercover investigation in Miami, bright with its primary colors, maintains a light-hearted tone that makes it quite an endearing work.
It's hard to believe considering how he's been treated as a coward in recent series, but Roman, played by Tyrese Gibson, was brought in to fill the void left by Dominic. The story is set up as a childhood friend who once broke up with Brian, and it works well as a buddy movie until the two regain their friendship. By the way, this is also the first appearance of Tez, a procurer played by rapper Ludacris.
Director John Singleton grew up in the South Central area of Los Angeles, where street gangs roam, and made his debut with Boyz n the Hood (1991), which was based on his own experiences. When he saw the first ``Fast and Furious'' movie, he felt that this was a world he knew. However, the setting is Miami, on the other side of the American continent, and it is a shame that Singleton's vivid street feel is not felt as much.
Although the popularity of the series is not very high, I think it is time to re-evaluate the series as it could have taken a more relaxed direction.
