Get addicted to the thrill and humor that goes beyond logic.

Needless to say, this film was a great delight for fans of B-movies. The person who has made the greatest contribution is definitely Coach Ellis. With a background in stunts, he gained recognition for directing the highway car action scene in `` The matrix: Reloaded '' (2003), and his previous work ` `Dead Coaster '' (2003), a sequel to the popular horror movie `` Final Destination '' (2000). As a director, he has depicted even more intense violence. His follow-up, `` Cellular '' (2004), created a high-density thriller that thrilled fans of genre films.

Ellis emphasized thrill and humor in this work. This is clearly shown in the many scenes where snakes attack passengers. In addition to the depiction of a snake quietly and swiftly crawling under the seat, the video's ingenuity in expressing the snake's perspective using an all-green image shined. In this way, the tension gradually increases, making even the moment of the attack more intense. The depiction of it eating into your throat, tongue, and eyeballs is shocking.

On the other hand, even violent depictions turn into humor when taken too far. A man who was relieving himself in the toilet faints in agony as his genitals are consumed, and a middle-aged woman who was dozing off becomes intoxicated by a snake that crawls through her clothes, making me laugh. Descriptions are included throughout. The depiction of a giant snake that swallows one of the passengers head first is beyond terrifying and visually strange.

Furthermore, the characters played by Samuel, including the hero, are all appealing. Each of the unique flight attendants puts their bodies on the line to protect the passengers. Among the passengers, some were mothers with babies in their arms, and others were children. There are people who are so unpleasant that you want them to be eaten as soon as possible, and there are people who are so lovable that you want them to survive. Some of them were unpleasant at first, but later they fought hard and raised their stock. This kind of fine-grained depiction of characters is an important essence of Ellis' work, which also shined in ``Cellular''.
