Tragedy suddenly struck Chris Kyle

Bradley Cooper will begin preparing for the role immediately. He is basically the same height and age as Chris Kyle, and even wears the same shoe size. The only difference was his weight; he was a little too thin to play the role of a ``legendary sniper.'' So he eats 6,000 calories a day and trains for four hours every day. He underwent a thorough body modification similar to that of Robert De Niro or Christian Bale.

What's more, he goes so far as to put on a playlist of music that Chris Kyle actually listens to and put his picture up on the gym wall while training. As a result, he successfully increased his weight from 185 pounds (about 84 kilograms) to 225 pounds (about 102 kilograms). With his built-up body and beard, Cooper looks exactly like Chris Kyle, and Kyle's friends and family couldn't help but be surprised by the striking resemblance.

Invite a speech coach to learn the unique Texas accent. He also trained in target shooting under the guidance of Kevin Lutz, who had served in the military with Chris Kyle. From every approach, Bradley Cooper gradually adapted himself to be exactly like Chris Kyle. His acting was highly praised by critics, and he was nominated for an Academy Award three times in a row, following in `` Unique Playbook '' and `` American Hustle '' (2013). He became the 10th actor in the long history of the Academy Awards to achieve this feat.

However, it never happened for Cooper to meet Chris Kyle himself. He was murdered on February 2, 2013, and suddenly passed away. The culprit was Eddie Ray Ruth, a military veteran who suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Ruth's mother learned of Kyle's work supporting veterans and asked for her son's help. Kyle, who knew from experience that shooting releases pent-up spirits, invited Ruth to the shooting range and was killed on the spot.

Following this incident, the script included a scene in which Chris Kyle was shot on that fateful day. However, the scene was ultimately cut because it was too shocking for the remaining family.
