An escape trip for two women

The story features two women living in a small town. The two are planning a small trip one weekend. Thelma, a housewife, is unable to talk to her nagging husband about traveling. Up until now, she has followed her husband's orders and lived as an obedient wife, but it seems that her husband is having an affair.

Meanwhile, Louise works as a waitress and is like a big sister to Thelma. I have a boyfriend, but I can't decide to get married.

The two go on a trip, but Thelma ends up getting entangled with a nasty man at a store where she almost gets raped. Louise instinctively points a gun at the man and shoots him dead. They think about going to the police, but then reconsider that there's no way anyone would trust them, and end up going on the run.

JD, a young man she met along the way, approaches Thelma, whispers sweet words to her, and gives her the pleasure of being a woman, but it turns out later that he is actually an incredible person. Thelma's flaw is that she's a little confusing.

Louise, on the other hand, has a more level-headed personality, and along the way she has enough money to travel and asks her lover for help. When they meet again, he senses something strange about her and confesses his love for her. However, now that Louise has become a murderer, she has no choice but to distance herself from him.

Thelma and Louise's escape continues while also depicting the thoughts of those around them. At the beginning, the film seems to be a story of a carefree vacation between two women, but it soon develops into a crime film. That's where you can feel Scott's personality.
