Approximately 30 years have passed since the series was born. The legendary fighting The Game has arrived in Japan in a form that is faithful to its worldview. This is the movie version of the fighting The Game``Mortal Kombat,'' which boasts the highest sales worldwide, surpassing ``Street Fighter'' and ``Tekken.''

``Mortal Kombat,'' which has become a social phenomenon in popularity around the world, is unfortunately unable to be released in Japan due to its extremely cruel depictions. However, the movie version of ``Mortal Kombat'' (21) is an entertaining work that allows you to thoroughly enjoy the intense fights, grotesque depictions of destruction, and charming characters. The real thrill of being able to experience it in an environment unique to IMAX® is especially special.

One day, Cole learns that his life is being targeted by assassins sent from the demon world, and that the reason is a birthmark on his chest. In order to protect his family, Cole throws himself into the battle against the demon world with his friends...
