``Valkyrie'' depicts a plot to assassinate dictator Adolf Hitler.

In 1942, soldiers sent by parachute from Britain on government orders, with the help of the Prague Resistance, carried out a dangerous mission in a desperate stance to assassinate Nazi German SS General Reinhard Heydrich. We aim to carry out the following. A new work depicting the progress of the operation and the outcome of the retaliation is ``Shoot Heydrich!'' ``Nazi Beast'' Assassination Operation'' (2016).

Director Sean Ellis, who also did the cinematography and script, uses a super 16mm handheld camera to transport audiences through the streets of Nazi-occupied Prague with gritty realism. The sepia-tinged screen looks like an old documentary photograph brought to life, and the restrained touch of the production is superb. For example, when he tries to snipe Heydrich from close range, the action is exquisitely stagnant. By using a solid subtractive aesthetic to capture the struggles of fighters in the face of an unavoidable reality, a piece of history unfolds with vivid substance.

The historical facts covered in this historical masterpiece have also been featured in films such as `` The Executioner Also Dies '' (1943/Director: Fritz Lang) and `` The Dawn Seven '' (1975/Director: Lewis Gilbert). It is called "Operation Enslapoid". In connection with that, in this article I would like to write about the movie depicting the assassination plot of Fuhrer Adolf Hitler. Moreover, it was not a coup d'état carried out by enemy resistance, but by rebel elements within Germany.

It's `` Valkyrie '' (2008) starring Tom Cruise. The director is Bryan Singer, known for his popular works such as The Usual Suspects (1995) and the X-Men series (2000-2016). Although it is an American movie with English dialogue, it was shot in Germany. He showed a maniac's level of accuracy in historical research, using as many real buildings and vehicles as possible, and spent over 8 billion yen to thoroughly recreate Berlin during the Nazi era. The art and costumes have been created with great care, such as by delicately adjusting the hue of red, the symbol color of the Nazi Party, to create a uniquely decadent mood.

The story takes place at the end of World War II. As the Allied forces gained strength and Germany was on the verge of defeat, the Nazis were pushed to the brink and escalated their unreasonable brutality, including the mass murder of Jews known as the Holocaust. This was a time when there was growing hatred and antipathy among German military officers due to the reckless behavior of their leader Hitler.

There, a German soldier plans a bold "internal rebellion" - a plan to assassinate Hitler. Army Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg (Tom Cruise) is from a prestigious aristocratic family. He was seriously wounded in Tunisia during the North African campaign, had his right hand and two fingers on his left hand amputated, and wore an eye patch to hide his missing left eye. Of course, he is a real-life German officer, but Tom Cruise, who looks like a Hollywood star, plays the role while wearing a Nazi military uniform, so the character almost looks like an anime character.
