Now is the time to look back on the solitary existence of Robert Downey Jr.

Tommy Lee Jones' performance and flying action also left a strong impression on this film. However, when revisiting this film 20 years after its release, it is the presence of Robert Downey Jr., also known as "Iron Man," that will capture the attention of many people.

Although he is a huge star now, he is known to have been particularly addicted to drugs in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and was repeatedly arrested, imprisoned, and rehabilitated.

He still retains the same taste for acting with a poker face that doesn't let anyone know what he's thinking, but he said in an interview at the time, ``This might be the worst action movie ever made.I'd rather sit in prison and watch it than go to the filming of this movie.'' It would have been much better if he had just woken up,'' he said, making it difficult to gauge his true intentions, whether he was joking, sincere, or whether he was really mentally depressed. If you imagine what happens on the other side of the camera, you will be able to enjoy ``The U.S. Marshals'' from a completely different angle.

Eventually, he came into the limelight by playing the role of Larry in the TV drama " Ally my Love " (1997-02). Just when everyone thought he would cross the finish line with the heroine (Calista Flockhart), he was once again arrested for drug-related charges. He ended up leaving the role that had gained him popularity midway through. While that part of the story is a disaster, it's a life that Downey Jr. hasn't given up on, considering that the series of adversities laid the groundwork for the broad career and depth of character that he has today.

By the way, after this, Flockhart, who plays Allie, falls in love with and gets engaged to a Hollywood star in real life, and that person is Harrison Ford. The story is like a well-written rakugo story, where the baton returns to the `` fugitive '' after a full circle.
