"Codename UNCLE" (15)

Director: Guy Ritchie Cast: Henry Cavill, Armie Hammer

In the 1960s, when ``007'' was popular in theaters, ``0011 Napoleon Solo'' (64-68) was a TV series that also depicted the world of espionage and achieved high ratings around the world. In the film `` Codename UNCLE '' (15), which was made into a movie, men's fashion full of 1960s tastes appear one after another, following the TV series.

Napoleon Solo (Henry Cavill), one half of a duo that fights together in a Cold War intelligence war, wears a three-piece suit with a long length from the waist to the hem. A striped shirt and navy tie complement the gray suit at the neck. The person in charge was Timothy Everest, a British men's clothing store founded in London in 1991. The design is not a rigid British traditional one, but has a little bit of playfulness added to it, which is perfect for a slightly moody solo character.

Solo's shoes are both high-end British brands: George Cleverley, founded in 1958, and Crockett & Jones, founded in 1879 in Northampton, the mecca of British footwear.

On the other hand, Solo's partner, serious KGB agent Ilya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer), wears a turtleneck sweater and jacket combination as his trademark. The film version follows the iconic style worn by David McCallum, who played Kuryakin in the TV series. If anything, Kuryakin is countering the solo style of the suit party with a turtleneck and a suede jacket, or a leather jacket (Ralph Lauren) with a chamfer.

The person who devised the wardrobe that makes the Contact use of each character is Robert Joanna Johnston is a veteran costume designer who has collaborated with Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg many times.
