A new legend created by a legend

In this way, various analog technologies were used, and as a result of the efforts of many people, that legendary opening scene was born.

Of course, the special effects of ``Blade Runner'' are not limited to this ``underworld scenery.'' The film features many high-quality and convincing near-future landscapes, such as the Tyrell pyramid, the LA police headquarters, and a giant outdoor display. One can imagine that director Ridley Scott's demands for special effects were extremely high, and it must have been incredibly difficult to achieve the quality that would satisfy him in that analog era. Ridley Scott says that once he wanted to do something, he never thought about it, no matter how difficult it was. It's not hard to imagine that it must have been a great pressure for EEG's field staff, including Douglas Trumbull.

However, because of Ridley Scott's unwavering belief in bringing the worldview of "Blade Runner" to life, and the staff who responded with all their might, "Blade Runner" remains convincing even after more than 30 years. It could have become a work that continues to reign supreme as a science fiction work.

And it was created by a genius named Denis Villeneuve.Blade Runner 2049This will lead to the creation of a new legend.
