Steven Spielberg is known for his prolific output, but there is a deep-rooted opinion that ``Raiders of the Lost Ark'' is his best work. In 2002, a film entitled Raiders Of The Lost Ark: The Adaptation was screened at a small film festival for American movie buffs. Although it was a cheap independent film with grainy video images, movie fans were transfixed once the screening began. Surprisingly, the work was a complete reproduction of ``Raiders of the Lost Ark'' down to the last detail, from the cut to the cut. The actors were children, and the set and special effects were completely amateurish, but the audience applauded! It is said that there were boos when the screening was cut short due to time constraints.
The creators of this work were two boys, Chris Strompolos and Eric Zara. They were captivated by ``Raiders of the Lost Ark'' when they saw it in theaters when they were 11 years old, and decided to remake it using a home video camera. It took seven years to completely recreate the movie. This film was brought to the aforementioned film festival by director Eli Roth, known for films such as `` Hostel ,'' and suddenly became known to the public. The seven-year production process for the remake was revealed in the documentary film Raiders! ” (2015).
